Genius Wireless Keyboard Are All Wireless Keyboards Do Not Support Dos?

Are all wireless keyboards do not support dos? - genius wireless keyboard

I opt a new wireless USB keyboard and mouse combo
It's called Touch Dual Wireless Technology Keyboard / Mouse USB-OPT
And they work very well with Windows XP, but when I tried to boot from DOS or Windows installation with the boot floppy or any other operation outside the windows of the keyboard is not working .... are all wireless keyboards are not compatible with both? Or simply that I have? Or what can I do?
