I have, and swear by them. It's a real workout. They are the muscles you be surprised. And her husband will be surprised to learn the movements. I've never personally had seen the video, but my friend has it the whole time. And it is probably the most physically with the best facilities in our group of friends. And she eats what he wants ... so it should work correctly.
